Anatomy of a Wrongful Death Lawsuit” by John Siko was a real story that detailed the author’s struggles to find justice for his wife, though later Beth died.The book seeks to enlighten the public about the injustices that exist in Florida law firms and the entire world and the unfair benefits that healthcare facilities enjoy despite their clients suffering and even others dying due to healthcare practitioners’ malpractices and negligence.I found nothing that I disliked about the book. Being a real story, I found it so relevant that I wanted to know if the author got justice. The end was satisfying. I highly recommend it.
I’m still reading it, and yes sovereignty immunity sucks! Did you know that the forestry can do what is called a “Controlled Burn.” If the controlled burn gets out of control, burns down your house you can sue the government. However in the end you might have to pay for federal government attorney bills.

Powerful heart wrenching, eye-opening book as to what our patients, loved ones, families go through when they’re not being told the truth. The sad part is it’s not only his wife but so many others. Please advocate for your loved ones become involved, be obnoxious, be persistent, don’t take no for an answer when something doesn’t seem right. Go with your gut. I promise you won’t go wrong. And because this institution that he’s talking of has sovereignty the governor DeSantis didn’t have the guts to stand up on the right side and support this man I said what was wrong in this particular healthcare system
